MY STORY
My name is Blanka. I am aromatherapy lover and soundhealing, healing instruments such as tibetan bowls, crystal bowls,koshi and shanti chimes, rain columns, shaman drums, Ocean drums, and many other instruments that connect us with ourselves and with our soul). I have been practicing meditation and yoga for a few years. I was led to this path by a strong disconnection from my body, which often literally "knocked me out of normal operation" due to health problems. However, all these radical stops had a great justification in my life, and they led me on the path of self-development and deeper knowledge of myself.
I went through a wide range of self-development methods and techniques from meditations, mindfulness, breath-working, working with the mind, a coaching courses, experiential workshops (Chakra Dance, Dynamic Osho meditation, intuitive dance, sound healing), water therapy Watsu, women's circles, workshops of Human Design, Gens keys, tantra yoga, yin yoga, kundalini yoga, live retreats (inner walking, sacred geometry, vipassana). In 2024, I successfully completed a one-year course in NLP (neurolinguistic programming - internal work with our nervous system and our internal programs, with our conscious and subconscious mind). In January and February 2025, I deepened my yoga practice on the magical island of the gods - Bali, where I completed the Vinyasa Yoga Instructor Training RYS 200 (200hours Yoga Teacher Training) and successfully passed the multinational exams from the globally recognized Yoga Alliance organization, thus obtaining a multinational yoga instructor certification. On this beautiful magical island, I also completed the Meditation Instructor Training (50 hours Self Enquiry & Meditation Teacher Training) and after its successful completion, obtained a multinational certification in leading meditations. However, I am aware that this path of self-knowledge is a lifelong, never-ending process of constant learning, deepening practice, learning new things and discovering other deeper layers.
I like very much to pass on my experience so far and help everyone to discover their own life path to joy and fulfillment.

During the summer months, I organize morning yoga for everybody in park Přátělství in Prague 9.
I occasionally organize various yoga workshops (meditation, chacra workshop, soundhealing etc) and yoga weekend & yoga retreats.

How My Yoga Lessons Look Like
I am based on Hatha yogic practice and I specialize in gentle styles of yoga such as Hatha yoga, Light yoga, Yin yoga or gentle Flow yoga.
My lessons take place at a calm pace, and I emphasize harmonizing breath with movement, sensing your body and perceiving sensations in asana and breathing.
During my yoga lessons, I like to use different aromatic essences for deeper relaxation that I am creating by myself. On request, I can also create a personal fragrance essence for each of you.
In the final phase of the lesson, I like to use sounds of healing instruments (Tibetan bowls, Koshi/Shanti chimes) or meditative harmonizing music created from Solfeggio Frequencies to deepen relaxation.
